Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with any of our products please contact us via our email info@thedondogcompany.com as soon as possible and we will be happy to help you.
In the unlikely event of your hand-made dog accessories arriving damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days via email with a picture and an explanation of the problem. We will then contact you and ask for you to return the item within 7 days for us to process a replacement or refund.
If you are unhappy with any of the other products on our website, which are not hand-made in house, we offer a 'no quibble' returns policy. The item will need to be returned to us (at your cost) unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.
When returning an item, we ask that you package the item well and include an order number, name and address or email address so that we can trace the order and organize a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
The Don Dog Company take no responsibility for items lost in the post, therefore, we recommend that you return the items using a signed for service for peace of mind.
Please note, we will only refund a delivery charge for returning the item to us in the instance of damaged or faulty goods.
